Our Policy About Shipments and Returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DTDC / First Flight / India Post with tracking number. We can also use other courier partners If required by the customer. COD Facility is not available on all Pin Code Locations. Once the shipment is done, you’ll receive a notification from us in form of SMS or email.

A) You can return items which you have not used and opened. We request you that you inspect your products carefully when you receive them. We don’t accept returns after 10 days from the original receipt date. If you want to return a non-defective product to us, please note that you will need to pay 15% re-stocking fees to cover the shipping and other charges which we have spent for your order. You must get our authorization from us before you return any problem to us. All non-defective return shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
B) Shipping Cost are non-refundable item. If you return a product to us, please be aware that you have to pay return shipping charges and you’ll not get a refund for the shipping charges which you had paid earlier.
C) We don’t accept the returns If you’ve removed the protective screen guard from our items and have used them in anyway. Before fixing the item permanently, please check it checked carefully with a nearly mechanic. Please don’t contact us with any complains after fixing the items permanently. We can’t accept used items back.
